Specifically, in 2025 the manufacturer delivered 1,043,900 cars worldwide (up 12.7% year-on-year). In Europe, deliveries increased by 9.6% year-on-year to 840,295 cars, of which 25.7% were electrified models, with the Elroqbecoming the second most sought-after electric car. Globally, Škoda delivered a total of 218,700 electrified vehicles in 2025: 174,900 battery-electric vehicles and 43,800 plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. This represents more than double the volume recorded in 2024.
In the course of this year, Škoda’s battery-electric portfolio will expand significantly. Alongside the existing Elroq and Enyaq (including the Enyaq Coupé), the compact Epiq and the large Peaq models will join the line-up.
“Despite challenging market conditions, it is clear that our customer focus is the right foundation for our strategy, and that we are meeting customers’ needs, as shown by our success in India and other regions,” added Zellmer. In India, the brand recorded record deliveries, commenced production in Vietnam and is strengthening its position in the ASEAN region and the Middle East. Strong performances were also recorded, for example, in Turkey and Morocco.
The Octavia remains Škoda’s best-selling model. The largest markets in 2025 were Germany, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, India and Poland.
