The All-New ŠKODA OCTAVIA Will Get You in 60 Seconds

The fourth-generation ŠKODA OCTAVIA once again demonstrates its standing as a car bestriding two classes. Its interior space beats that of many larger models, it boasts features typical for higher market segments, yet all the while it stays compact and affordable. “It’s the best OCTAVIA of all time – more spacious, more practical and safer than at any time before. The new generation means a huge step forward,” is how Bernhard Maier, ŠKODA AUTO chairman of the board, describes the new car. So, what are its biggest advantages?

Even more space

The fourth-generation OCTAVIA is 15 mm longer; the liftback has grown by 19 mm and the Combi by 22 mm. The luggage compartment capacity has increased to an even 600 litres, or 640 litres in the case of the Combi.

Dynamic looks

The low, lean silhouette boasts the best aerodynamic drag coefficient in its class. Its sporty stance is underscored by lower-placed, sharp-edged headlights and wheels available in sizes of up to 19”.

Quality interior

Soft plastics, chrome details, ambient lighting and stylish two-spoke steering wheel – all of this, together with the newly designed dashboard, increases the feeling of airiness.

Comfort on the road

The new level of comfort is provided by ergonomic, ventilated massaging seats, keyless entry on all doors, and three-zone climate control, as well as heated seats, steering wheel and windscreen.

Rich equipment

As standard equipment, all owners will get two-zone climate control, a virtual cockpit (10.25”), power windows front and back, a knee airbag for the driver and full-LED lighting.

Top safety

Besides scoring a five-star rating in the Euro NCAP tests, the all-new OCTAVIA is the first ŠKODA to come with avoidance and turning assists, an exit assist and head-up display. Predictive cruise control is also included.

Wide range of versions

The customers can pick from the widest range of engines in the model’s history, including plug-in hybrid versions OCTAVIA iV and OCTAVIA RS iV. Improved were the diesel (TDI Evo) and petrol (including mild-hybrid) engines, and there are plans for a CNG version.

State-of-the-art infotainment

The infotainment system can be controlled by gestures or through the digital assistant, Laura. Three versions, with displays ranging from 8.25” to 10”, are available. Their operation is made even easier by the innovative touch bar.

Enhanced connectivity

Thanks to the built-in eSIM, your OCTAVIA is always online. You can also control the car’s functions through our mobile app and there are up to five USB connectors in the car, including one in the headliner (perfect for plugging the dashcam in).

Clever solutions

The package of Simply Clever solutions now includes some new ones. AdBlue can now also be refilled at the pump for trucks, an integrated funnel makes refilling the washer fluid easier, the side headrests offer support for the heads of sleeping passengers in the back, and the seats are fitted with cell phone pockets.
