Championing diversity

We recognise that diversity enriches our teams and makes us stronger. That’s why we’ve launched our Diversity Strategy 2030 to support colleagues with disabilities, strengthen intergenerational cooperation and improve the gender balance in leadership roles. We’re proud to have achieved our 2022 Diversity Index targets and have ambitious plans to promote the less-represented gender to at least 25% of managerial positions by 2030.
