Future-proofing its headquarters: Škoda Auto lays foundation stone of state-of-the-art paint shop

The new facility will stand out for its high level of robotisation and automation, delivering exceptionally efficient and flexible operations by enabling models on different platforms – both combustion engine and electric – to be painted. It will also offer advanced technologies that further improve the quality of each protective coating. The paint shop will be built on the site of an existing finished-vehicle car park, next to the recently opened Laurin & Klement bridge.
