“Over the past week, the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift has once again showcased the amazing individual performances of all the participating athletes. Congratulations to all the riders, and thank you to all the organisers and fans for creating such a fantastic atmosphere along the route. We are proud that Škoda Auto has been the Official Main Partner of this world-class event from the very beginning. While our new flagship, the Peaq, served as the Race Director’s vehicle and the new Epiq was a highlight of the publicity caravan, a fleet of 75 electrified Superb iV and Enyaq models kept the race running. This demonstrates that Škoda remains true to its roots in cycling – the sport continues to be a central pillar of our company’s sponsorship activities.”

Green crystal trophy for the points classification winner and a fleet of 75 support vehicles
This year’s Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift was the most demanding yet: 154 riders from 22 teams covered a record distance of 1,175 km, with 18,795 metres of elevation gain – more than ever before. Škoda Auto continued its long-standing sponsorship of the green jersey, worn by the leader of the points classification. Škoda Design again created the trophy for the winner: a green crystal cup featuring elements of the brand’s Modern Solid design language.
Two new Škoda models – Peaq and Epiq – take to the route
Race Director Marion Rousse oversaw the race as it unfolded from the all-new, fully electric Škoda Peaq. In its role as the Red Car, the brand’s new flagship served as a comprehensively equipped mobile command centre. Meanwhile, the new all-electric Epiq urban SUV crossover stood out in the publicity caravan as part of the accompanying ‘Ooooh, that’s Epiq’ campaign.
WeLoveCycling brings fans first-hand reports
Once again, Škoda Auto brought fans exclusive race coverage, behind-the-scenes stories and competitions via its WeLoveCycling platform. This year’s content was linked to Epiq Moments, the promotional campaign for the new Epiq. Followers were also treated to reports from inside the peloton by one of its leading riders, Katarzyna ‘Kasia’ Niewiadoma-Phinney.
Škoda Auto’s long-term commitment to cycling at every level
Story of Škoda Auto began with bicycle production in 1895, and the company remains closely connected to cycling. The Czech carmaker supports numerous cycling events organised by A.S.O. under an agreement that runs until 2028.
Since last year, Škoda Auto has also been an official partner of two leading Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) events: the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships and the UCI Gravel World Championships. Škoda Auto also supports events for amateur riders, including leading L’Étape by Tour de France races held in countries around the world.
