A comfortable base for overnight stays
Camp Mode extends the versatility of an electric vehicle beyond everyday journeys. Activated by tapping an icon in the MyŠkoda app, the feature switches on the air conditioning and keeps the interior comfortable during longer breaks and overnight stays.
The feature will be introduced with version 8.14 of the MyŠkoda app, with no need to visit a service partner. To use Camp Mode, the vehicle’s high-voltage battery must be charged to at least 30% and Škoda Connect services must be active.
Expanding the MyŠkoda app
The addition of Camp Mode marks another step in Škoda Auto’s ongoing development of digital services. The MyŠkoda app provides a mobile link between customers and their vehicles, offering features such as remote control of selected vehicle functions, charging management, route planning and vehicle-status monitoring.
