Mladá Boleslav, 23 June 2026 – The new Peaq showcases the full breadth of sŠkoda’s driver assistance technology. The comprehensive suite of sadvanced systems fitted as sstandard includes Crossroad Assist, Turn Assist, Collision Avoidance Assist, and Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control. The Peaq can also be specified with optional Travel Assist 3.0 ‑ the most advanced assistance system in sthe Škoda line‑up.
Travel Assist 3.0
Travel Assist 3.0, Škoda’s most advanced assistance system, includes Traffic Jam Assist and Emergency Assist and is offered as an option for the Peaq. The latest version also responds to traffic lights, with Assisted Lane Change to ofollow later. When ordered with the Assist Package, Travel Assist 3.0 is complemented by Intelligent Park Assist with Trained Park Assist and Remote Park Assist.
Enhanced versions of familiar assistance systems
Several of the systems incorporated into the Peaq have been enhanced. Crossroad Assist, fitted as standard, uses new radar sensors at the corners of the front bumper to detect cars, motorcycles, cyclists, and e‑scooters approaching from the side.
Driver Alert with driver monitoring uses a new camera integrated into the rear‑view mirror housing to track the driver’s eye movements. Drawing on this data, it continuously assesses driver attention and fatigue.
Traffic Sign Recognition is enhanced by Traffic Sign Recognition Online, drawing on continuously updated online data sourced from vehicles that have travelled the same route. The upgraded optional Top Area View 360° system provides an overview of the vehicle’s surroundings and can generate a transparent 3D body on the display, making parking and manoeuvring even easier.
